To align with national and international goals on sustainable development as well as focusing on identification, nurturing and empowering young talent and other stakeholders through creating an enabling environment for their sustainable growth with collaborative efforts with government and private organizations

• To organize economic, social, cultural, educational and health related development activities and run centers related to these.
• To identify aspiring and academically bright youth from rural areas who are unable to continue their education for the lack of finance, parental guidance and parental ignorance as well as support them with stipends, scholarships and other facilities as appropriate.
• To mobile and channelize resources from donors for such youth directly enabling them to pursue higher and technical education.
• To create an appropriate environment for the youth for their holistic growth.
• To inspire compassion, motivation, commitment and inculcate moral values.
