Mrs. Jharana Rani Mohanty
Executive Assistant to Chairman
Mrs. Mohanty has completed BA in Geography (Honours), MA in Odia from Utkal
University, Diploma as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. In
addition, she has completed Shastri, Kobida and Ratna in Hindi language.
She is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in different
sectors. In the beginning of her career she worked as a teacher in different
schools for 4 years and later worked in one of the national corporate for 2
years. For last 15 years she is working with VECT as Executive Assistant to the
Chairman.
She supports in planning, administration, conferences, office meetings and all
other matters relating to functioning of the office. She also actively supports
in the scholarship as well as in Civil Services coaching programs as one of the
key person of VECT. Apart from this, her support in Alumni group and
relationship with the beneficiaries and their parents is amazing. She is a good
motivator, supportive, sociable and helpful. She loves to sing and do paintings.
Travelling to new places and gardening are her two hobbies as well.
Mrs. Sweta Ray
Program Manager
Mrs. Ray has completed MA and MBA (XIME, Bangalore) as well as pursuing her Ph.D
in Human Resources at SOA University, Bhubaneswar. She is a management
professional with 13 years of experience in HR & operations working with
corporate.
Currently, she is working as Program Manager with Vikash Educational Charitable
Trust and plays a crucial role in this responsibility. She looks after
processing of all scholarships application online and offline, helps in
conducting selection interviews for applicants. She executes the nursing
students financial assistance program sponsored by SEEDS. In addition, she also
looks after income tax and FCRA correspondences. She is sincere, committed,
supportive and passionate for the social cause.
Mr. Sumanta Nandi
Accounts Officer
Mr. Nandi has completed B.Sc and Master in Commerce as well as has done Diploma
and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. Apart from this he is
trained in Tally and other accounting software. He started his career with VECT
in 2018 and since then working with dedication and commitment.
As the Accounts Officer he not only takes care of bookkeeping and accounts
matter but also takes care of office administration, conferences, institute
visits and other requirements as and when required.
He is hardworking, sincere friendly, supportive and humble in carrying out the
tasks. Traveling to new places, driving, gardening and playing cricket are some
of his best hobbies.
